The researchers used similar crimes to compare sentences, so that they could generate the most accurate, relevant results.

I just wanted to say that you should watch "City of God" and then the "City of Men" series, if you have not already. While "City of God" is a good introduction to the setting, the "City of Men" movie really ties up the whole experience.
